Upcoming Dodge 2023 Lineup

Published On

The Charger and Challenger, two of Dodge's most recognizable muscle vehicles, will no longer be produced after 2023. To mark the passing of an era, the domestic performance car manufacturer is releasing a number of "Last Call" special-edition automobiles. Dodge is electrifying its inventory, much like many other automakers, beginning with the brand-new Hornet subcompact crossover, which comes in a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version.

In addition, Dodge recently unveiled the Charger Daytona SRT Concept, an all-electric muscle car that will probably replace the current gas-powered Charger. Unfortunately, you can bask in gas-guzzling splendor with monster V8s that produce more than 800 horsepower for one last year.

2023 Dodge Hornet

  • Starting MSRP: $30,000 (est.)
  • The Hornet is the first brand-new vehicle from Dodge in more than ten years. The Hornet is a compact SUV with a choice of two engines that uses the same chassis as the Alfa Romeo Tonale to target the subcompact crossover market. The Hornet GT's first is a 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with 268 horsepower. More significantly, Dodge's first PHEV model, the Hornet R/T, offers 30 miles of all-electric range and 288 horsepower. Both offer all-wheel drive as standard. The Hornet comes equipped with a long variety of security and entertainment technological features, just like other recent Stellantis models.

    2023 Dodge Durango

  • Starting MSRP: $39,000 (est.)
  • Dodge maintains the existing Durango midsize 3-row SUV fresh with new special editions even though it has been available since 2011. The well-liked SRT Hellcat, which Dodge previously only offered for 2021, is back for 2023. Dodge claims that this monster's 710-hp V8 can propel the Durango from a standstill to 60 mph in under 3.4 seconds. The 2023 Durango won't undergo any more modifications; it will continue to come in five trim levels and with three more engine options: a 475-hp 6.4-liter V8 for the SRT, a 360-hp 5.7-liter V8 for the R/T and Citadel, and a 295-hp 3.6-liter V6 for the SXT and GT.

    2023 Dodge Charger

  • Starting MSRP: $32,000 (est.)
  • The 4-door Dodge Charger sedan's final model year is 2023, just like the Challenger's 2-door counterpart. Additionally, Dodge will add a plaque under the hood that says "Last Call" to each vehicle, just like the Challenger. To mark the final year of manufacturing, Dodge will also release special-edition Charger models, such as the Shakedown, Super Bee, Scat Pack Swinger, and King Daytona. A full-size sedan, the Charger offers a wide range of powerplant options, from the relatively mild 300 horsepower 3.6-liter V6 to the wild 807 horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter V8-powered Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Jailbreak. Other Hellcat models will have the Jailbreak interior and exterior customization option starting in 2023.

    2023 Dodge Challenger

  • MSRP range: $30,545 - $86,645
  • The Dodge Challenger being bid farewell by a throng of enthusiasts since 2023 will mark the model's last year of manufacture. Every vehicle will have a "Last Call" plaque mounted under the hood, and Dodge will build numerous Challenger models in limited quantities, including the Scat Pack Swinger, Shakedown, Black Ghost, and Model Set Back. Along with the return of classic colors like Plum Crazy and B5 Blue, the 2023 model year will also see the introduction of the Jailbreak customization package for Hellcat models (and not only the Redeye). The Challenger coupe is available with a variety of engine options, ranging from the base 303-hp 3.6-liter V6 to the absurd 807-hp 6.2-liter V8 Hemi.
