This was my 3rd consecutive lease from Berlin city. Each one of my experiences have been great. Jake and the other staff I've worked with have been extremely helpful and responsive. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will certainly be going back in the future.

Terrible service experience. Brought my GMC terrain in for an oil change ($90), tire rotation ($135) and alignment ($135). Tom and Jake really made the process easy. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Respectful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

The service advisor was awesome very polite easy to talk with and very helpful . The mechanic was also awesome , he explained what the job entailed, Which made me feel comfortable about the job that my vehicle was in the right place .

Went for oil change. Car has 13000 miles. Dealership says needed new brakes. My husband is a mechanic! Please do not try to sell parts which r really not needed at the time. Just so wrong!!!!!!!!!

I needed car repair due to an accident. Berlin City Chevrolet did a great job on repairing/replacing what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the work that they did.
