Absolutely horrible service department. We’ve had our 2021 Aviator in three times for service and each occasion has been horrible. Forget using the Lincoln app to schedule service- apparently they do not honor that at this dealership. Take your money and business elsewhere!
Still waiting on diagnosis. Usually have a great experience with fair service writers, until today. I have purchased 3 cars in 2 years from this dealer starting in 2018. I am very sorry to say that over the last year thier customer service, especially thier service department is sub par to say the least.
