I give this business a 3 star rating only because I did not get the car/deal I wanted. It’s obvious, that in this time, the car business is a rough one and customers come away with the short end of the stick. Still, Michael and Shak in sales were polite and did a good job trying to make a sale.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Volvo dealership specifically because of my interactions with Juan. Juan lied to us and purposefully ignored our calls and texts. This is unacceptable. Juan - please call me back. We would like our money back from the extended warranty as promised.
