Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived at my scheduled time of 11am. Wasn't done until 2:15pm! That's 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. Not sure why I keep going back. The only positive is the main waiting area. The hardest worker I saw was Lourdes who was cleaning it nonstop.
