Bought my Kia here and was told you get free oil changes for life.. NOT true! You have to buy a tie rotation, which was NOT disclosed to me when buying my car. The tire rotation cost $40! Could have gone anywhere else to get an oil change for $25.

Free oil change and inspection aren’t free. You have to pay for “scheduled maintenance” like tire rotation ($40). None of which is explained to you at vehicle purchase. Managers just say “we’re sorry your upset about or hidden fees.. feel free to do your own maintenance in the future.”
