They chargea penalty if you're a 'no show', but, unsurprisingly perhaps, they do sweet fa if you do show up, but they then fail to have the pre booked car available. Useless if you're trying to rent a car

We got a different car than we ordered but it was still great, clean and comfortable. The agent was super nice and professional. The only downside was that they don’t offer you shuttle back after you drop off the car (apparently due to Covid).

Meh, a not terrible experience. The people in the office are nice enough, but dealing w Hertz as an organization when trying to extend or do anything besides pick up a car always leaves me feeling taken advantage of. Will avoid this company in the future.

Very disorganized. Just pick up car from LAX. I’ve never had an issue with hertz before until today. Unfortunately the same level of service doesn’t exist outside of airport.
