North State Auto - Used Car Dealer in Walnut Creek

Horrible service. I bought a Jeep Wrangler at this place and a week later starting giving me all kinds of problems. I tried to contact the dealer after the sell and they wouldn’t answer or do anything to help my problems with the Jeep. They just don’t care after the sell you a vehicle

I consigned my bmw X7 with them and had an excellent experience. The owner, Christopher, is very professional and helpful. Even with the current used car market being so unstable he was able to sell my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time with no headache. I highly recommend this dealership.

Came in to buy a car it was a smooth experience. Was able to to match a price from another dealer. It’s been a few months now and knock on wood no problems at all . Thanks again guys

This is one of the best dealers in the area for used high-end cars. The staff is knowledgeable but not pushy, and perfectly play the line between being helpful but unobtrusive. I’m looking at a few dealerships at the moment but will almost certainly end up making my purchase here.
