I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought it in at 11am. Came back at 6pm and it still wasn't done. Was told, we didn't know you wanted you car back! I had to come back the next day to get it. What an inconvenience. 7 hours and the oil change and rotation wasn't done.
